Shipping And Returns

Shipping Policy
In all cases we will make every effort to ship your product within 2 business days of your order. In some cases products require additional shipping time. Such cases include any custom products, large items such as Wing Chun Dummies, and any items that are out of stock or back ordered. If your order contains items that are out of stock or back ordered you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. At this time you may choose to cancel the order if this is not acceptable.

Shipping Options
Various shipping options are available, based on the order contents and shipping address. Selecting next day delivery does not guarantee that the order will be recieved on the next day. Orders may take additional time to ship based on product availablity, order date, holidays, etc. Please see the shopping cart for delivery estimates and shipping charges for all alternate shipping options.

Delivery Date Estimates
Deliver date estimates are an estimate only. We do not guarantee delivery by the date estimated. All deliveries are subject to product availability, holidays, shipping company schedules and order date. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us to ensure delivery. We will send you a tracking number if available when your order ships. You will then be able to track the shipment through the shipping company used.

Sales and Return Policy
We are happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. Please note that CLEARANCE items are not returnable. For all other products, simply follow the steps below and we'll take care of getting you a replacement or credit within 10 days of recieving your returned product.

Return Merchandise Authorization
If you wish to return a product, please contact us immediately to obtain an RMA number. RMA's ensure that your return will be credited correctly. If an RMA is not obtained prior to returning a product, no guarantee is made that it will be credited correctly. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return an item to us. You MUST include the RMA number on your return.

What You May Return
You may return new merchandise suitable for resale; this does not include anything that has been washed, worn, altered, or soiled or damaged. Returns are accepted for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase with no restocking fee.

Restocking Charge
If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there will be a 15% restocking charge, if merchandise is returned within 90 days there will be a 20% restocking fee, after 90 days, merchandise will not be accepted.
