A Wing Chun dummy is an invaluable tool for a Wing Chun or Jeet Kune Do practitioner.  Also known as a Muk Yang Jong or Mook Jong, the wooden dummy is generally composed of a wooden body, three wooden arms, and a wooden leg.  Styles include self-standing, wall-mounted and spinning dummies.  Wooden dummy practice aims to refine a practitioner's understanding of angles, positions, and footwork, and can improve striking and full body power.
