We accept Paypal, which allows you to pay with bank transfer, check, or credit card, as well as major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).  We also accept checks by mail, however we recommend that you use paypal if paying by check as the money is available much faster.  For standard checks, your order will not ship until we receive your check in the mail AND it clears our bank.  This can take 2 weeks or longer in some cases.

If you are having problems using the website to place your order, you may call our customer service department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a representative will place your order over the phone.  The number for customer service is 1-800-759-1634.

Because our products are stored at various warehouses in different states, we are not able to provide an in-person pick up location for orders.

If your order has not shipped yet, you may contact us to cancel the order.  Once the order ships, it cannot be cancelled and becomes a return.  In some cases, if your order is delayed due to backorders or other issues, we will contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the product to become available or cancel the order.  Cancelled orders will have the order amount refunded to the credit card or paypal account used during purchase within 24 hours.

If you are having trouble getting credit card payment approval, you may try using paypal instead.  Please note that the billing address MUST match the one on file with your credit card company for the transaction to be approved.  You can also try calling us at 800-759-1634 and a customer service representative will help you place your order.

We do not currently offer layaway.

As soon as the order in processed and shipped out, we will email a tracking number to the email you have provided during registration.
